Refund Policy

JOCODING ("https://nanobanana.studio", hereinafter "Nano Banana Studio") operates the following policy on withdrawal and refunds in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
1. Eligible for Refund
β Refundable Cases
- β’ Payment completed after free trial but the remaining 30 images have not started (full refund immediately)
- β’ Failure to generate the remaining 30 images due to a system error (full refund)
- β’ Service outage causing generation not to complete within 24 hours after payment (full refund)
- β’ Uploaded images could not be processed due to technical issues (full refund)
π Free Trial Benefits
- β’ You may cancel at any time before payment after generating 1 free image
- β’ Decide to pay after checking the quality (no-risk trial)
- β’ If not satisfied with the free sample, simply do not pay
β Non-refundable Cases
- β’ The remaining 30 images are generated normally and available for download after payment
- β’ Subjective dissatisfaction with results after paying despite checking the 1 free image
- β’ Dissatisfaction due to poor quality of uploaded images (you can check with the free sample)
- β’ Change of mind (due to the nature of digital content)
- π Images automatically deleted after the 24-hour retention period β’ Refunds are not available if you fail to download within 24 hours and images are deleted
β’ You are deemed to have agreed after being informed of the retention period before payment
2. Refund Procedure

3. Service Time

- β’ 1 free image: Completed within 1-2 minutes
- β’ Remaining 30 images: 3-5 minutes after payment
- β’ Maximum processing time: Up to 30 minutes under heavy load
- β’ Service outage definition: Not completed within 24 hours
- β οΈ Retention period for generated images: exactly 24 hours from payment β’ After 24 hours, all images are automatically and permanently deleted
β’ Deleted images cannot be recovered and are non-refundable
β’ Please download all images within 24 hours
4. Refund Fees
No-fee Refunds
Refunds due to the Company's fault (system errors, service outages, etc.) are issued in full without fees.
